Public hears plans for Mercer Village project

About 50 residents of the College Hill Corridor neighborhoods attended a meeting Thursday to listen to plans for the next phase of development at Mercer Village.
Larry Pope, an architect with SP Design, presented a conceptual plan of the second phase to the residents. If approved, the new development would be located between Ingleside Village Pizza and Johnson Avenue.
