    Funded by the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the College Hill Alliance is responsible for implementing the goals of the College Hill Corridor Master Plan and creating a cultural and physical connection between Mercer University and downtown Macon, Georgia, that will add economic value to the city's tax base, beautify residential and commercial areas, attract and retain creative students and young professionals and program fun public events.

    With funding from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the College Hill Alliance is a grant function of Mercer University with responsibility for attracting additional residential and business investment into a two-square-mile area of Macon, Georgia's historic College Hill Corridor.
